Affiliate/Stanford/Contract Worker/Intern
Individuals coming for work/collaboration or participating in SLAC research are required to obtain a SLAC SID number and complete SLAC Training. All onsite workers are required to obtain a SLAC Badge. Individuals coming to SLAC will need to have proper identification documentation with them when they arrive at the laboratory. Please make sure that you bring the appropriate documents with you to avoid any delays during check-in. Your SLAC sponsor/point of contact (POC) will coordinate with you any pre-arrival actions that may be necessary for your visit. If you are coming to SLAC as a user to participate in a scheduled experiment, please follow the below instructions.
- Once your SLAC Site Access form is complete and approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your visit with your SLAC SID number. Please check your email.
- If you require a SLAC picture badge and computer account while working here, your SLAC POC will guide you through the process and certain trainings you will need to take.
- Ship any equipment you will need while here (if needed). Your SLAC POC will guide you through the process.
