As a Department of Energy (DOE) facility, SLAC is required to comply with the Unclassified Foreign Visits and Assignments program, DOE Order 142.3A.

If you are coming to SLAC as a Conference Attendee on-site or remote, follow the step by step instructions to submit the form and upload all the required documentation. After your form has been submitted, it will need to go through an approval process. Once it is approved, you will receive a confirmation to the email listed on your form.
